These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fit845.com (the “Site”) operated by Fit845 LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“Fit845,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Fit845

Fit845 is a Washington LLC that owns and operates F45 Training and FS8 fitness studios. This Site is used to share information about Fit845 and to receive inquiries from vendors, service providers, property partners, and other business contacts regarding our current and future fitness locations.

2. Information You Provide

When you submit a form on the Site, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, and details about your interest. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program & use case. Our SMS program is a customer care and business support program. With your consent, we send text messages to vendors, service providers, property partners, and other business contacts who have contacted us or have an existing business relationship with FIT 845 LLC. Messages may include responses to inquiries, meeting and scheduling coordination, service requests, project updates, status notifications, communications regarding new or existing fitness locations, and other operational communications. We do not send promotions, special offers, discounts, membership marketing, investment or franchise solicitations, or unsolicited sales outreach by text message.

How you opt in. FIT 845 LLC collects SMS consent through one method only: the online web form at fit845.com/connect. On that form you enter your own mobile number and check an unchecked, optional consent box that reads:

“I consent to receive customer care and support text messages from FIT 845 LLC regarding inquiries, meeting and scheduling coordination, service requests, project updates, status notifications, and operational communications at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

Consent is never a condition of submitting the form or of any purchase, and the box is never pre-checked. We do not collect SMS consent by paper form, keyword, point of sale, verbal opt-in, or behind a login, and we never purchase, rent, or accept opt-in lists from third parties.

Opt-in data is not shared. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Sample message: “FIT 845: Thanks for reaching out — we received your service request and can meet Thursday at 10am to review it. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg&data rates may apply.”

  • Reply “HELP” for assistance, or contact FIT 845 LLC using the contact information listed on this website.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to our SMS/text messaging program.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS program at any time. We will notify you of material changes as required by applicable law.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security or investment, nor legal, tax, or financial advice. 5. Intellectual Property

The Site content is owned by Fit845 or its licensors. F45 Training and FS8 are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here to identify the brands Fit845 operates. All rights reserved.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fit845 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
